Xfinity Scammers

I tried to TRANSFER my service this evening Rand was on the phone for about 40 minutes. The guy I was speaking with wanted my D.O.B, SS# , a credit or debit card, wanted to run a credit report. He said Xfinity asks for all of this now. Sounds Xfinity has scammers working for them. I was able to transfer the service myself it took about 5 minutes. Reach out to me i feel this is some B.S. I’ve been an Xfinity customer 10 plus years never had this kind of experience. Unethical and unprofessional
