Xfinity Router

My Router stop broadcasting in 5G (has been working fine for a few years), I noticed because I have 2 SSID one for 5G and one for 2.4G. I have my ringbell and one TV running on 5G. they stop working. I reset the Router and it worked fine only for a couple hours. I went to the Xfinity store and explained the issue, they gave a new router. I installed, created the two SSID, and still continue with the same issue.

What could be wrong?

Good evening @user_nito, and thank you for reaching out on our Forums with your equipment issues, we appreciate it. Have you tried checking the Xfinity app to see if the 5GHz band is enabled and if not, re-enable it? Have you also tried power cycling your gateway?
