xfinity Router no longer producing public wifi

I have comcast business services for my companies internet services, until recently our our router would emit an 'xfinity' Wi-Fi signal that I came to learn was the public Wi-Fi  service offered to xfinity customers (which I am for my personal network) it was a great to have a connection outside of the companies network as my building is a Ferriday cage but three days ago the "xfinity" Wi-Fi option no longer shows up. my office has full internet services functioning properly but the public WIFI network option is gone. is this a glitch? I've power cycled my offices modem/router combo (even took the little battery out of it for a full reset) and reset my devices that I am attempting to connect. the network still doesn't show. it came back for about 2 hours yesterday(came back randomly, I was not attempting to re establish connection at that time) then disappeared again
