Xfinity Router Ethernet Ports not working, Wifi works

The ethernet ports on my Arris tg1682 are not working. Checked cable and it works fine when connecting between two other PCs and ports light up so it's def not the cable. 

 

This issue came out of nowhere. Ethernet just stopped working.

 

Logged into the routers management interface and all ethernet ports are inactive. I've tried resetting and nothing changes. Double checked on DHCP settings on PC and their set properly for both Wifi and Ethernet.

 

Please advise. This is is persistent.

How are you resetting ? Are you holding in the recessed reset button on the rear of the device for at least 25-30 seconds ?
