Xfinity Residential vs Business

Hi. I’m exploring Xfinity business as I need dynamic IP. Can I have both Xfinity residential and Xfinity business in the same house? I live on rent and I see there’s only one connector for the router. Also, if I need to change my plan from residential to business how much would that cost?
