xfinity prepaid disconnected

Hi I am super frustrated with the service. I have an xfinity prepaid device and I am trying to refill it because I haven’t been at home for the summer since I’m a student.  Apparently my account has been disconnected since I haven’t used it for more than 90 days. When I try to login the page is just blank. I’ve tried everything already (clearing cookies, restarting device, using different browser / device, using the app…) and nothing works. I can’t even create a new account because it throws me an error when I fill out the phone number. I’ve reached out to you via twitter and messenger and both would just say random things and send me to useless webpages and even say that my issue is “beyond their power.” The service is vital for my activities and I don’t know what else to do.
