I can definitely see how that would be frustrating when you've already tried getting them to work, and they're still not responding! I don't want to have you duplicate steps you've already tried, so can you please tell me what you've done to troubleshoot, including the order you've taken certain steps in? (Ex: Did you unplug all pods then the modem to reboot, then plug all pods back in?)
Also, have you had one or more of your Pods unplugged for an extended period of time recently?

The white light is blinking on them and the xfinity app shows them offline. I have tried everything.
