xfinity pod

Hi. As part of my xfinity subscription, I was provided a pod to increase the internet coverage in my house. That pod somehow is no longer connecting. I went through support the other for hours but they were not able to have it fixed. I believe the next step would be to have it replaced. can you help me with this? Thank you
