Xfinity - Performance Pro 200mbps vs 100mbps

I recently upgraded from 100mbps to 200mbps plan but did not see any difference in my download speeds.  With 100mbps plan, I get at most 80mbps but average 60mbps.  Any ideas on why I seem capped at 60-80mbps?  

 

I dont see any signal integrity issues since my snr across all 16 channels is about 40dB (Arris SB6183 cable modem).   Could it be the actual coax line?

I run speedtest via Xfinity app as well as just speedtest.net.
