I have an Xfinity Outage with the reason being network damage. I can not get any further information and do not know if it is a home specific issue or an area wide problem

user_k41imz Service interruptions are never a great experience, but we seee the same updates customers can from the website or Xfinity app. We wouldn't have any further information to provide as the app is the best place for updates. Are you still seeing an interruption message currently?
