Xfinity Outage

Our internet has gone out three times this month. My wife and I both work from home, and all three times we’ve had to leave the house and work somewhere else because we had no usable connection.

Each time, the restoration estimate was way off and the outage lasted hours longer than we were told. This has become extremely frustrating, and we’re fed up with how unreliable the service has been.

I’m thinking at least a free month for the repeated disruptions. What do you say? AT&T Fiber is being installed in our area now, and we’re very close to switching because we can’t keep dealing with this.

Oh almost forgot the icing on the cake, I’m here on the forum because Xfinity won’t allow me to talk to a representative while there is an outage. Absolutely ludicrous.
