Xfinity outage

At 1210pm on 5-19-26 our xfinity service went down. At first the outage time frame was till 330pm. Then the outage updated to 6pm. At 6pm the outage updated to 850pm. It is now currently 1010pm a full 10 hours from the start of the outage we still don't  have any xfinity service. This is a total bothersome issue. I take medication that dispenses from a Hero machine that operates off of wifi. I had to connect my Hero machine to my phones Hotspot so I could dispense my night time medication. A better updating system is needed. To be kept completely in the dark about what is going on with our xfinity service is needed. No TV, no internet, no home phone is a massive problem for this amount of time and we can't get a straight answer as to when we might get any services back.
