Xfinity out… again
we haven’t had Internet for two days now. Apparently yesterday was supposed to be a planned upgrade, but today the app is saying that there’s an unexpected outage. 48 hours without Internet when you work from home is utterly unacceptable, and I am seriously planning on switching to AT&T after this. Xfinity offers no help whatsoever other than chat bots and overseas call centers and frankly I’m sick of it.

I would recommend adding on our Xfinity Pro service that provides cellular 4G LTE backup, stronger whole-home coverage, boosted device speeds, and WiFi support for even the busiest homes all for just $15.00 per month!

Thanks for trying to sell me something else instead of addressing my problem, but no thanks. I have no faith that any of your other products will work any better, and if I wanted a cellular plan I would get it from t mobile.
