Like others I recently moved and xfinity sent my order to my old, not new address. I need this delivered ASAP so I'm hoping to get some help soon.

Hello user_fg7n1w, congratulations on your move, I hope you've been able to start getting settled in and make it feel more homey. I can definitely help with getting your equipment to your new home. The fastest way may be visiting a local Xfinity store, and I would also suggest creating your own Appointment to have dedicated time. To help with this I'll need to find your account. Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
