xfinity now wifi pass randomly has no internet

recently renewed my xfinity now pass but i suddenly cant connect. it says connected no internet on each device i use. i also cant find anything about my pass. my account when i verified my email leads me to an old xfinity account that is no longer connected. no idea what to do or who to reach out to to see about fixing a public hotspot
