Xfinity modem online but can’t connect to network

Today I saw my devices weren’t connected to my wifi. I assumed my modem was offline but the white light that appears when it’s online was on. I checked my Xfinity app and it said my modem was online too. I restarted it, reset it and reactivated it and even unplugged it for a couple seconds and it would eventually go back to being “online” but when I would go to any of my devices to try to connect to it my network did not appear. I tried to scan the QR code on the app for my device to connect and it said that my network was unable even though my modem is online. Not sure what’s going on. I connected Xfinity and they keep saying everything is fine could someone help me know if this has happened to anyone else?
