xfinity mobile and xfinity wireless SSID not showing up anymore

When I first got my new MB8 modem it was broadcasting xfinity mobile and xfinity SSID's now they no longer show up and my cell phone service went down. What happened? I've tried resetting the modem and no luck. Any ideas what could be wrong?
