Xfinity is terrible

I just moved into a new home in Delaware and have had nothing but issues with xfinity. First started when my shipment was delayed and i had to work from home my first week in the house so I was advised to stop in to the nearest store to pick up instead which was fine and was able to do so same day. A week later i got the original package and was told I had to return it which was super inconvenient. We have been in our home for a month and our internet has been out more then half the month. Every time it goes out the app just tells me there's an outage and NO representative can help me. Why is there an outage every other day and WHY am I paying 90$ a month for [Edited: Language] wifi? There has been an outage on and off for 5 days straight and though we sign up for updates NONE get sent. My husband and I are now working from home and keep  getting shut off because of this outage and no one can help? Absolutely ridiculous 

It is impossible to get a human ever which seems to be a reoccurring problem for many people, this company is awful and they should be ashamed and when i finally connect to a human I AM CANCELLING AND DEMANDING THEY RETURN MY MONEY SINCE I CAN'T EVEN USE THE WIFI I PAID FOR BECAUSE IT WAS OFF HALF THE MONTH..
