Xfinity is [Edit: Language]. Service is bad

I am frustrated. It has been 3 days without internet service. I tried to get update and all is just computer generated with a response “once it is safe, you will be online as soon as possible” 

The response also blamed the weather. 
Comcast puts the blame on weather so that we as customers become ineligible to receive outage credits
