Xfinity internet

I have to call every month about the same thing. Xfinity internet tries to charge me $81 when my bill is $65 and even when it’s in writing that a Xfinity employee told me my next bill $65 the next person won’t honor it. Poor rating do not get Comcast Xfinity not worth the headache they will

keep trying to up charge you

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
