xfinity internet slower than selected plan speed.

I have noticed that xfinity internet is getting much slower than the advertised plan speed.  My account is for 75Mb service and I am lucky to get 30Mb lately.  Any Ideas on how to report and fix this?

Get used to it. The attitude these days is "Is your service completely out? No? Then what are you complaining about?"

Nice.  I partictularly like the 'power it off then on' part.

Not helpful.
