Xfinity internet never working

I live in the suburbs in California and everyone around me has Xfinity internet. I currently am paying for 2100 plan with an XB8 modem. I have 3 WiFi extenders and every time I go into that room it totally disconnects. Xfinity sent a person out here to fix it and it was okay for a day but than I had the same problem, I replaced my modem, replaced the pods, tried using a router. done almost everything and still can’t figure out what’s going on. Is the X class or XB10 modem out so I can exchange mine and hopefully my nightmarish WiFi actually works even after I step 50 feet away from my modem, this is killing me.!!!
