xfinity internet issues

my modem gets Missing Mandatory MDD TLV on primary DS Channel when you hard rest modem iknow what channel it connect to 453 i have a tech visit tommrow im just wondering if that channel is bad so do i have to tell them to report it to maintaniece dep to change the starting frequecy? because my modem takes a long time to boot arris told me the starting frequecy has issues?
