Xfinity internet is hacked and I can't even monitor my home wifi

Xfinity has the absolute worst customer support although I personally believe that American internet companies are competing for that award. I can't access the Xfinity admin tool anymore (after wasting several hours on customer support chat feature trying to get help from third-world support agents in Mumbai who couldn't do squat) and I can't view my home network to see who all is hacking into my internet. I know for a fact that my next door neighbors are hacking me, but I can't get into my home network account to take screen shots. Xfinity is over-ripe for a class action for leaking personal information and personal accounts. I'm already receiving a settlement from AT&T Inc. Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, MDL Docket No. 3:24-md-03114-E in a class action for leaking my personal email account to a hacker in January 2024. These companies are not bright. By screwing their customers, they always wind up screwing themselves. I want to be able to access the admin tool and my home network account and I can do neither.

They recently updated the gateway's firmware. You have to turn on admin access in the app now;

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/admin-tool-access

Open the Xfinity App. (You'll need a working connection for this step).

Go to the WiFi tab.

Select View WiFi equipment and open Advanced Settings.

Select Admin Tool online access.

Slide the toggle button to Allow Admin Tool access (ON).

Select Save.

After that, you should be able to navigate to http://10.0.0.1
