Xfinity internet constantly dropping throughout the day

The internet keeps dropping about every 10-30 minutes, primarily during the day. Once the connection drops the modem restarts itself and the problem continues. I've tried power cycling the modem, checking the coax cable connections, moving the location, factory resetting, and the XB8 modem has been switched out twice already, but the problem still persists. When I check for outages it says the connection is fine. I've been dealing with this problem since May of last year and it's been very frustrating.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
