Xfinity increased my Internet download speed???

I received an email from Xfinity informing me of how wonderful they are by increasing my Internet download speed to 100 Mbps.

 

So, I did an Xfinity Speed Test. The result is a download speed of 71.6 Mbps.

 

I'd think again, Sunshine, regarding your false advertising!

Yes, should happen over a few weeks.  You have to power cycle your modem also to see the new speed.

Have you thought maybe it’s your personal equipment that’s not letting you have those speeds? What did you test your speeds at previously? Are you testing wirelessly? What equipment do you have? The speeds are going to be up to 100(keyword UP).
