Xfinity hotspot

I was able to use xfinity hotspot for months. Even a year. All of a sudden it stopped working. Says xfinity is working on my account. What’s the deal??? This is gone on longer than a week!! I didn’t pay the monthly charge just to not be able to use the services! Help please!
