Xfinity hates poor people

I can’t even tag because my post gets deleted.

spent 12 hrs today trying to get bill down.
I’m low income.

they looped me in circles until I finally said I can’t take the harassment. They also lie about what I actually owe. I last paid Aug 10 and the rep said I owed $260. Ain’t no way.
