Xfinity has started blocking known good websites.

Xfinity has started blocking known good websites.  like. Lowes.com and Homedepot, my local supermarket,  a furniture store  I get this response (but noticed that in my browser it is https: not http: which is in the denial , any ideas on how to fix it.  Most web sites work ok, this happens on all devices, "You don't have permission to access "http://www.homedepot.com/" on this server. Reference #18.1352c817.1696522244.c6f835f."

From my phone they are blocked when I'm connected to xfinity wifi, if I turn off wifi and use the phone network it works.

... "You don't have permission to access "http://www.homedepot.com/" on this server. ...

Messages like that are issued by the destination site, not by Comcast. It's likely the site or its webhost is blocking your public Comcast IP. You can look up your IP at https://www.google.com/search?q=what+is+my+IP. If that's what's happening you'll need to ask the site's admins for help with this. Comcast's Security Assurance group might be able to help identify what's happening. You can reach them at the phone number listed on https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse under the "Customer Security Assurance" heading.

I logged into the gateway and changed the gateway firewall IPv4 setting from low to medium and I can now access the web sites.
