Xfinity gets worse by the year
Back in 2014 this internet service was TOP TEIR i mean it, but now in 2023 this is the lowest & complete worst internet to have. There is NO REAL WAY TO CONTACT ANY LIVE AGENT. any issues with your service you'll be told via automated response that an agent can't help you, your constantly told they appreciate your money, then hang up or refuse to help. Unless I'm a new customer I can't receive internet promotions... I'm paying 125/month for basic internet... I3 broadband first call I'm immediatly talking to an american who understands everything & offered a GIGABYTE UPLOAD & DOWNLOAD FOR 65$/MONTH!!!!!!!!!! Requested a call back thru the xfinity app only because I spammed agent in the text chat. They weren't anywhere close to offering a better deal... TO SUMMARIZE! XFINITY HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE, THE AUTOMATED SERVICE IS DOGWATER HOT GARBAGE, XFINITY IS EXTREMELY OVERPRICED & OFFERS C-RATE INTERNET SPEEDS COMPARED TO OTHER PROVIDERS, THEY HAVE ALOT OF HIDDEN FEES, LATE FEES, RECONNECT FEES, STREAMING FEES, I3 BROADBAND HAS NONE OF THAT except a monthly router charge which i think is basic for an ISP.
