Xfinity Gateway
I recently switched to Xfinity from AT&T, and I'm facing difficulties connecting my printers wirelessly. Although they indicate a successful connection, I'm unable to print. Upon running a network test, I received the following message: "Your wireless router requires a WPA security passphrase. The passphrase configured on your HP printer does not match exactly. Run the wireless network setup to re-enter your wireless network WPA security passphrase." I talked with a customer rep about making changes to 2.4 GHz to connect my printers. she said there is nothing she could do about it.
I've attempted to connect using the Push WPS and Pin methods, but the error persists.
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @user_b77qbf Thanks for choosing Xfinity as your service provider! I’m sorry to hear you're having an issue with connecting your printers. I have a link directly from our help and support site that walks you through setting up HP printer to connect to your Xfinity Wi-Fi network. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/connect-wireless-devices-third-party-router. This link also walks you through setting up your smart tvs and gaming console if you have them.
How many printers are unable to connect?
