xfinity <-> eero Plus usage meters off by 100%???

xfinity meter says we've consumed 1.07G as of 30 Dec - eero Plus (paid subscriber) meter shows we've consumed 486G as of this message. We're two (2) baby boomers so we're conventional in our internet usage

I can accept being off by 10 - 20% on a 1.23G plan but 100%?

What gives?

Hello, @user_ev8hr8 Have you checked all of your connected devices to make sure no one has access to your network? For example having guest over and providing access to your network. I would take advantage of the Xfinity App to see what devices are on your network. When was the last time you reset your password?

All devices identified on eero router and Fing (network monitoring) -

I run network scans daily and check on any new connected devices that gain access. We do not have "sidewalk" on Amazon enabled so other "guests" are nil (we live in a rural area and neighbors are acres away)

No guest network enabled

eero report for the entire week (includes 3 days in December)

Xfinity report for January - 1 day used

@user_ev8hr8 thank you for filling us in on your network and eliminating potential scenarios where data usage is increased. I recommend heading over to our Customer Security Assurance Team page https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse to report this issue.
