Xfinity disconnected services weeks before move, can't reach human to assist

I scheduled my move and change of service address for the start of july. Xfinity disconnected my service overnight. I have not been able to reach a human being over the phone and did the virtual service will not (but also cannot) assist me. How do I get them to fix this?
