Xfinity damaged my PC

I was troubleshooting with Xfinity assistant when it said it was going to try to bridge something and my PC turned off and won't turn back on and my Wi-Fi is not working now. Where can I send an invoice for the repairs? And when will my Wi-Fi be working again?

Hello @user_hgiuf0, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Wi-Fi. Our systems aren't able to access your PC, only our equipment. For your PC is it plugged to a power source in case the battery died?  We can try some troubleshooting steps to see if we can get your Wi-Fi back up. Is there a light on the modem? If so, what color, and is it flashing or solid?

No my question was not answered. I contacted the chat assistant because I was not getting any signal for my internet. They did all kinds of troubleshooting and in the end they disconnected my PC tower from my TV monitor and now I can't get anything at all. It doesn't even show I have internet access on my screen

Turning on bridge mode in a gateway, turns the gateway (modem + Wi-Fi router) into a modem only. (You can use this if you want to use your own router.)

So, you will need to get out of bridge mode to get Wi-Fi again.
