Xfinity conducted "enhancements " in area. My internet has been down for 4 days now

They conducted enhancements in the neighborhood after which my internet did not come back on it has been 4 days we have gotten a technician out in our home to take a look at the modem and router they confirmed that they should be working but our cable might have an issue I also purchase a new modem with the DOCSIS 3.1 and that is not working
