Xfinity brought fiber to my neighborhood

​they sent letter in the mail regarding multigig upload and download speeds and got a text they finished upgrades however i cant see the new xfinity X2 / gigabit pro plans and when calling into sales dept they have no clue about these new packages that are the result of the fiber/docisis 4.0 upgrade... kinda weird the time i finally live in a place where fiber gets installed i cant even purchase the plans ..... [Edited: "Language"]? can anyone at xfinity explain this? new network no upgrades? just take my money please lol.​

@Rexxah, Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: • Click "Sign In" if necessary • Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page) • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window • Press Enter to send your message
