Xfinity box attached to my house overheating and melting wires

Beware that your box attached to your home could be overheating and Xfinity will be in no rush to even check out what's going on been 3 days now trying to get someone out here and Xfinity is not doing anything I spent hours trying to get someone out here they say there to busy busy

I would get a local low-voltage electrician or your power company out even faster. Many times this turns out to be a problem with the house's electrical system neutral leg being open. It is a potential fire and / or an electrocution hazard. Good luck !
