Xfinity Blocking Specific Website

We are a customer of Xfinity and we also host websites for people. A website we now host was hosted somewhere else a couple years ago when it became infected with malware and was then blocked by Xfinity. We have since taken over the hosting of the website and we cleaned the malware infection about a year ago. However, Xfinity is continuing to block this website.

I, along with several other Xfinity customers who cannot reach the website, have filled out the request form on Xfinity's website to unblock the website. This is the form we have been using: https://spa.xfinity.com/report. We have yet to receive any response from anyone at Xfinity regarding this request.

Does anyone know of any other way we can get this block removed so people can access the website?
