Xfinity App wan IPV4 address doesn’t match Router GUI IPV4 address

My  router is XB8-T
On the Xfinity App under advanced settings it shows my WAN IPV4 address, however on the routers gui, via the admin menu it shows a different WAN IPV4 number. They should be the same and we’re the same in the past. On my computers when connected to the network it shows my wan IPv4 number to match the routers gui data and does not match the Xfinity apps data . (I know the wan IPv4 can change at times, that is not what is happening here)

Also I have my 3 bands 2.4, 5 and 6 split with different wifi names and passwords, however the 6 ghz signal refuses to broadcast. Xfinity customer service says it’s good but it’s not!

My equipment is getting hacked and xfinity doesn’t care!

@user_366742 - assuming you are accessing the Xfinity App from the "Smart Phone",

and if so, it might be showing the public IP address from the mobile connection and not from the WiFi connection. . .

That’s definitely not what happening here. The app is showing you the routers advanced settings, under the advance settings, the app shows you the routes WAN and LAN, and those should match the LAN and WAN that the routers GUI displays, but it doesn’t.

I have apps that show me what my cellular ip addresses are on my phone. Besides that the app wan that you claimed to be my cellular IP is still from xfinity and shoes not match my cellular provider.

my xfinity app IPV4 wan is not matching my routers IPV4 wan and my router refuses to broadcast my wifi 6 ghz channel. I’ve restored the router several times.

@user_366742 When you stated you have restored your router several times do you mean factory reset or just rebooting?
