Xfinity AI agent just loops me without fixing my internet issue

I need a live agent to take a look at my internet issue because after a recent power outage we've only been getting around half the speeds with only maybe a sixth of the stability. Mind you I'm hardwired through ethernet. The cable itself cannot be the issue as I've tested with multiple.

The sequence of events was:

1. Power outage occured

2. Power came back after around 3 days

3. Wifi was restored but speeds were reduced heavily by around 50%

4. Stability was drastically reduced and the speeds bounce down to nearly 0mbs every few seconds or so

Every time I go through the AI agent it just gaslights me into thinking that there is no stability or signal strength issue like I'm some monkey that can't read. I just need somebody to take a look.

I am very sorry to hear about the experience with your Internet speed, it certainly not what we want for our customers. Can you share with us any troubleshooting steps that you may have completed?
