xFi Wifi Network not on computer Network List

I recently upgraded my ISP to xfinity. I was able to connect all my devices to the wifi network exepct my work laptop.  This computer uses Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 and it does not recognize the wifi network on the 5.0 Ghz channel nor the 2.4 Ghz channels.   My firewall protection is Symantec EndPoint protection.  It can see all other wifi networks in range, include cell HotSpots.  Can you please advise.
