Xfi Pods

I have 3 xfi pods that have been working just fine. All of a sudden two of them disconnected and started flashing white as if they can't connect to the network and they show up as "offline" in the app. Whenever I try to set them up again I get stuck on "Waiting for wifi extender to come online" screen. I then wait 5 minutes or until it gives me the screen telling me to try again and they won't connect. I've tried everything from removing them from the list of equipment, all the unplugging and plugging back in, changing locations, changing outlets, etc. Is there anyway that Xfinity can factor reset my pods on their end? I would do it myself but there's no button or anything on my pods that lets me reset them.

user_2f7att, hello there and thanks for reaching out regarding your pods. I totally understand the need of getting them to work. I've experienced some of what you have. When you unpaired them, are you not able to repair them back to your account and activate?
