Xfi Pods

This route of customer service is a bit of a joke, please fix it if you want to keep your customers. I'll happily switch if I can actually call and talk to an actual person rather than get sent in circles through the shoddy xfinity assistant which barely actually helps and can't send me to an agent like it states it can. 1/10 on virtual based assistants and I've dealt with a lot of them. 

But to the real purpose. My plan comes with an xfi pod and my office is in a basement. Service is spotty and I need a mesh extender, which is the xfi pod that comes with my plan that I didn't get.

Hello, @Ajd1234. Thank you for your feedback regarding support options. We will make sure to get that sent up so your voice is heard. 

Regarding the included xFi Pod, did you get an email with the results of your Whole Home WiFi Evaluation?

The evaluation starts when you activate/install xFi Complete and runs for 14 days. After the evaluation, you will receive an email that says either, Your coverage is looking great, or You can improve your home WiFi coverage.
