Xfi Pods Setup Not Working
I have been having difficulty getting my Xfi pods setup. After spending hours on the phone with customer service and going into the store I eventually got a technician to show up and they couldn’t get it worked out either. The problem is with the app and Ibwas wondering if anyone else was having a similar issue.

HI there, user_21d4f2! I am sorry those have been giving you trouble, especially with having a visit. We are happy to further help! In similar situations, I have had to open a ticket for our engineering team to get this fixed. That may be what needs to happen with all the other steps that have been done on this already.
Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
