xFi pods not working

I have 3 xFi pods in my house. They used to do a decent job but increasingly the far reaches of my house don't have good internet connection. I just upgraded my internet plan and was hoping that would help but no luck. Any suggestions what I can do to pep up those xFi pods? Or some other solution?

Hello @RaffiB thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a post. I hope your week is off to a great start. Sorry to hear that you are encountering issues with your Xfi pods. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

@XfinityMarshante I've tried refreshing or something through the app and unplugging/replugging. If there's more to try I'm all ears!

RaffiB You may need to backtrack a little bit to the Xfinity Gateway. If you are not getting a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout out your home, there may be something that is interfering with the broadcast. Placement of the Xfinity Gateway is key in your home and is best to have in a central area of your home, and then connect the WiFi Boost pods from there. For optimal Wi-Fi coverage and strength, ensure your Gateway is:
*Placed in a central area of your home.
*Elevated (off of the floor) and in an upright position.
*In an open space, free of obstructions.
*Using one WiFi Name and Password for your home network.
Also, to minimize interference with your Wi-Fi signal, place your Gateway away from:
*Walls and furniture.
*Metal surfaces (including computer cases).
*Halogen/fluorescent lighting.
*Microwaves and refrigerators.
*TVs and computer monitors.
*Most cordless phones.
*Baby monitors.
*Large amounts of water (like aquariums and water heaters).
