XFi Pods Model A1A
Pods no longer work. The Pods are connected to the Gateway, but devices connected via Pods cannot access internet. Devices connected via Pod eventually disconnect from the Pod's wifi access point.
Xfinity technician could not find anything wrong with the equipment - eccept confirming the Pods are not working properly. Three Pods act the same. Technician stated that even though these are "Xfinity" xFi Pods sold exclusively by Xfinity - Xfinity does mot support them, nor have any Technicians been trained on the Pods.
Suspect this recent failure off all three Pods is a result of an Firmware update or change to the xFi Router/Gateway.
Xfinity has no clue as to what the problem is, yet acknowledging the Pods are not working.
