xfi pod(s) causing gray screens on Facebook images and videos

Facebook images and videos show only gray screens while using XE2-sg XFi pods while using iphone 13 pro.  This occurs only while either one (or both) of the XE2-sg XFi pods are in use.  That is, if we unplug both of the XE2-sg XFi pods, the images return and Facebook performs properly.  I first suspected one of the XE2-sg XFi pods as being defective, but both show identical symptoms.  I feel it's unlikely they both have identical defects.  If the XB8 modem is in use without the Xfi extenders, the Facebook images and videos perform properly.  We also have an iphone 16 pro.  It shows no symptoms on Facebook videos with or without the XE2-sg XFi pods in use. (The iphone 16 pro is using the 6GHz wifi band, however.) We have recently replaced the XB8 and it did not change the symptoms.  Facebook images and videos appear properly on both phones on 5G.  All software is up to date on both phones.  Facebook app has been deleted and reinstalled...no help. Is there a solution, or do we have to wait for the next generation of Xfi pods to be released?
