xfi pod

Can't install xfi pod at all. I have an xb8 router if that matters. I go into app(i have bluetooth on) and click activate xfi pod. click the pod that has 2 ports on bottom. click get started. immediately i receive a screen that says let's try that again. sorry we ran into a problem. This isn't even letting me see pod or anything. tried across multiple phones. all the same thing.Media preview

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well. I see you are running into some trouble activating your Boost pod on the XB8. I appreciate you creating a post to let us know. I'm sure this has been frustrating, but we'll do our best to help. Did you have this pod active another Gateway before this XB8, or is this your first time setting it up?
