Xfi Pod replacement help
I’ve been trying to get my xfi pod replaced due to frequent restart. This has been going on for months ago no prevail. I was even told to drive to Xfinity store 40 miles away, just to be told it’s not a corporate store and they couldn’t exchange. Does anyone have any tips on how to get xfi pod exchanged? Very frustrating.

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/return-exchange-xfi-pods has great information on how the replacement option works, there is a form you'll fill out online to complete the replacement process, you will want to go to this link https://www.xfinity.com/xfi-pods-return-form and click on exchange.
Once you've completed the form, you'll receive an email confirmation with next steps on how to return the equipment, as well as details on how your refund or hardware warranty replacement will be processed.
