xFi modem/router running very hot and loud

Is there a guide on opening up to clean the intake/exhaust, or can I exchange it for another one?  I have had this one for quite awhile now and could not really find any information on this process.

Just use a shop vac to all the openings.

It's a known issue. Have it swapped out for another.
